There are a lot of things that your body needs in order for you to survive. For the most part, you need to know that you need water, because you body is mainly water, then you need to know that you need protein, and that is because you muscle tissue is mainly a complex combinations of proteins, and the other main thing that your body needs is rest, and no that is not because you are made up of sleep – this is why you may want to start looking for a wool mattress pad.
The average person needs at least 7 – 8 hours sleep a night – and no that does not only apply to kids. We are all so used to being told to go to bed at a certain time when we are young, we are also used to being told that we need to get at least 8 hours sleep in order to grow when we are that, so much so that when we get old we just all start rebelling against sleep.

This is the same for your body. Whenever you are walking around the house, picking up your clothes from the floor and doing the dishes, you are using your muscles, and like that glass of water, when you use your muscles you are damaging them – this is why we sleep, so that our bodies can repair the damage we do to it on a daily basis.
